Template policy — pending legal review
1. What we collect
Business information you provide (business name, logo, colours, industry, Google review URL, questions and AI settings), account details for owners and team members, the answers customers submit on your review page along with the drafts generated from them, and usage analytics such as page views, device type and feature usage.
2. Customer review answers
Customers are not asked to create an account. We collect only the star rating, service selections and free-text answers they choose to submit, so a draft review can be produced and so you can see aggregated reputation insights.
3. How AI drafting uses input
Customer answers are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a draft review, together with your configured tone and length settings. Drafts are built only from what the customer wrote. We do not use customer answers to train public foundation models.
4. How we use data
To operate your review page, generate drafts, produce reputation insights, provide support, bill subscriptions, keep the service secure, and improve the product in aggregate.
5. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure, database, email and AI processors that run the service on our behalf, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
Business and review data is retained while your account is active. Our exact post-cancellation retention period is still being finalised. 7. Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@bloomreviews.co, or submit the request through our contact form, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Security
Data is stored with access controls and row-level security so each business can only see its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
