This page is placeholder boilerplate provided as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be replaced with advised wording before BloomReviews onboards paying customers.

1. Agreement

By creating a BloomReviews account or using a BloomReviews review page, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

BloomReviews provides branded review pages, question configuration, AI-assisted review drafting, QR/NFC sharing tools and reputation insights. Features may change or be improved over time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use BloomReviews to create fake reviews, submit reviews on a customer's behalf without their knowledge, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, or otherwise breach the review policies of Google or any other platform. Drafts must always be reviewed and posted by the customer themselves.

4. Customer content

Answers submitted by your customers, and the drafts generated from them, belong to the customer and to your business. You are responsible for how you collect and share review links, and for complying with local law when inviting customers to leave feedback.

5. AI-generated drafts

Drafts are produced by automated models from the answers a customer provides. They are suggestions only. BloomReviews does not guarantee accuracy, tone or outcomes, and does not guarantee any ranking, rating or volume of reviews.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance per location. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, misuses the service, or creates legal risk for BloomReviews or a review platform. You may close your account at any time.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomReviews is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost reviews or rankings, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account owners, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
